Implementation Quality In addition to mass production, we manage the manufacturing history of each circuit board using an SMT line configuration that leverages our extensive manufacturing know-how, pursuing thorough build quality. Insertion Component Implementation We separately manage eutectic solder and lead-free solder, and hand-placed components are implemented on the circuit boards by highly skilled workers who have been rigorously certified through our internal and external training programs. We implement high-quality insertion components using a nitrogen-based flow soldering bath.
